Welcome to iToday.
Forget about the long life ahead; let's just live today well.
I'm so glad you're here. In this fast-paced world, we all occasionally need a quiet corner to pause and catch our breath.
Please don't treat iToday as a strict tool for "checking in" or "monitoring" yourself. It is simply a quiet time journal that will always embrace you. Here, there are no rankings or comparisons, only a gentle promise to yourself.
Next, please take two or three minutes to let me briefly introduce you to the little corners of iToday.
What is [Time]? In iToday, the things you love and are willing to dedicate yourself to are collectively referred to as a [Time] (e.g., reading a good book, jogging, or simply daydreaming). You can create exclusive [Time] projects for the things you truly care about.

What are [Focus Traces]? Tap the ▶︎ on the right side of a [Time] to start the timer. When you finish this immersive journey, every minute you spent will turn into a [Focus Trace]. 💡: Swipe left to delete, tap to edit.

When the preset time ends, the timer will seamlessly enter "Accumulated Timing" mode, quietly recording the extra time that flows by.
When you rest, the choice is in your hands: You can choose to save only the originally promised time, or you can save this extra focused time into your memories as well. 💡 Sweet tip: Want to keep the extra time? Gently tap the jumping plus number in the center to easily add it.

This is not an assessment, but a gentle hope. In iToday, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly [Promise] (e.g., 1 hour a day). It's not a rigid command you must complete, but simply a promise to yourself.
There's no need to be anxious or rush. Just follow your own pace and watch it gradually close into a perfect circle. It's okay even if you occasionally don't finish it. Don't be hard on yourself; the meaning of recording is to see yourself, not to burden yourself. As long as you've started, that's already wonderful.

How to collect? Here, focus has a shape. Every 1 hour of your undivided attention will quietly condense into 1 drop of "Morning Dew" in the background. Use the Morning Dew you've saved to redeem those sparkling little expectations! Perhaps it's "watching a good movie," or maybe "sleeping in without guilt." Exchanging focus for relaxation—this is your well-deserved reward.
