1. Scope of Application

• This policy applies to data processing activities when you use this App on iOS.
• If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, you are also subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy (see "Third-Party Services" below).

2. How We Handle Your Data

2.1 Data Storage Methods

This App does not set up its own servers and does not actively upload your personal data to the developer's servers. Your data is stored in the following ways:

Local Storage (Default):

• All data is saved locally on your device by default, including:
  • Plan and project information
  • Time records (start time, end time, duration)
  • Daily and monthly statistics
  • Reward settings and redemption records
  • App preference settings (language, week start day, break duration, etc.)

iCloud Sync (Optional):

• This App provides an optional iCloud sync feature, which you can manually enable or disable in the App's settings.
• When you enable iCloud Sync and are logged into your iCloud account, the following data will be synchronized between your devices:
  • All projects, plans, and time records
  • Reward settings and redemption records
  • App preference settings
  • Statistics (daily, monthly aggregated records)
• Synced data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud private database via your Apple ID. The developer cannot access, view, or obtain any of your personal data.
• If you do not enable iCloud Sync or are not logged into an iCloud account, all data will be stored only on your local device.
